My First Birth

This is the story of the birth of my first son, Thelonious. I am releasing it on his 5th birthday!

Just a heads up for those listening, this birth was intense and did not go as planned. It was not the birth I imagined, but it was his birth and it was beautiful and terrifying, and the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Also, I talk about the postpartum anxiety that I experienced after his birth for almost the first year.
