Seeds from Birth: A Conversation with Mama Kattina

This is a beautiful conversation with my long time friend Kattina Famoso. What struck me in our conversation is how many of the current parenting themes that Kattina and I discussed had roots in her birthing experience. This made me want to take a deeper look at the ways that my own birthing experience has flavored my parenting today. There is much medicine here.
